Was sind Zollmarken?
Zollmarken sind ein Wertpapier, welches für eine festgelegte Menge einer Ware steht. Die Menge wird im Allgemeinen so definiert, dass eine Zollmarke für eine Warenmenge steht, welche eine mittelgroße Stadt für ein Kalenderjahr versorgen kann. Die Waren sind IT in einer Zollstelle eingelagert und können durch die physische Zollmarke eingelöst und darauf hin benutzt werden.
Was kann ich mit Zollmarken tun?
Als Bestandteil des Panmythodeanischen Handelsabkommens, stellen die Zollmarken eine Möglichkeit dar, größere Mengen Waren mythodeaübergreifend handeln zu können und damit Spiel zu betreiben.
Wie erhalte ich Zollmarken in Ad Astra?
1. Zunächst einmal benötigt man IT ein Gewerbe, welches Waren in einer Größenordnung einer Zollmarke produzieren kann.
2. Jeden März können die über das vorhergehende Kalenderjahr produzierte Waren über den Ceann Münzen an die Zollstellen geliefert werden. Der Ceann der Münzen stellt dann die entsprechende Zollmarke aus.
Wichtig: Zollmarken werden nur durch den Ceann der Münzen im März ausgegeben. Wer bis dahin keine Waren bei diesem eingereicht hat, kann für das laufende Jahr keine Zollmarken aus seinem Gewerbe erhalten.
Wie löse ich eine Zollmarke ein?
Auf jeder Zollmarke ist neben der Warenbeschreibung eine Seriennummer verzeichnet. Um eine Zollmarke in Ad Astra einlösen zu können, gibt man dies beim Ceann der Münzen mit der entsprechenden Nummer an, daraufhin wird IT die Ware an den Bestimmungsort geliefert und kann verwendet werden.
Eine Zollmarke ohne Seriennummer kann nicht eingelöst werden. Eine Zollmarke hat eine Haltbarkeit von zwei Jahren und verfällt danach.
